The AURA store is operated by 11:11 Energy. By placing an order you agree to these terms, to our return and refund policy, and to our shipping policy.

WHAT WE SELL HERE

This store sells physical AURA products: apparel and Home and Ritual items. Digital products, including the interactive journal tiers and AURA app access, are sold at energy1111.org and are governed by the terms on that site.

ORDERS AND PRICING

Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund of that order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that resell our products without permission.

MADE TO ORDER

AURA apparel is produced after you order it. Color may vary slightly between screens and finished garments, and between production runs. This is not a defect.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final and we do not issue refunds. Sizing exchanges on apparel are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our return and refund policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AURA name, the 11:11 Energy name, the wordmark, the artwork and all product designs are owned by 11:11 Energy. You may not reproduce, resell, or manufacture items using these designs.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
