WHERE WE SHIP

United States only at this time.

PROCESSING TIME

AURA apparel is made to order. Allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your tracking email is issued. Home and Ritual items ship within 2 to 3 business days.

TRANSIT TIME

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Transit time is not guaranteed and is outside our control.

TRACKING

You receive two emails: a receipt at the time of purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your label is issued.

SHIPPING COSTS

Calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your bag.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost or stolen in transit, we file the carrier claim and issue a replacement once it is resolved. If your order arrives damaged, email info@eminenthealthservice.org with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.

WRONG ADDRESS

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please double check it. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
